We use Canada Post or UPS for our shipping services.

satisfaction is our highest priority. We take pride in creating premium,
hand-poured quality candles, and want you to be completely happy with your
purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return and exchange policy to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any candles. Once a candle has been opened or used, it cannot be resold.

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for unused and unopened candles within 14 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at luxewickcandleco@gmail.com, providing your order number and the details of the product you'd like to exchange.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50 as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
