No Returns:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any of our candles. Once a candle has been opened or used, it cannot be resold.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges:
We gladly accept exchanges for unused and unopened candles within 14 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at luxewickcandleco@gmail.com, providing your order number and the details of the product you'd like to exchange.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. While returns are not accepted, we are happy to offer a discount code for future purchases or provide store credit.
