weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a
confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout as we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.

We use Canada Post or UPS for our shipping services.

Local Pickup Instructions

Local pickup is available for customers in the area. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with pickup details, including the address and available pickup times. Please wait for confirmation before arriving. Orders must be picked up within the scheduled pickup window. If you need to reschedule, kindly contact us in advance.
